First things first: I’m a New England girl, born and raised. I spent the first 18 years of my life in the NYC suburbs of Connecticut before moving to Boston to attend Tufts University. But after six years of freezing winters, sweltering summers and one cumulative month of spring and fall, I decided to make the cross-country move to the Rocky Mountains in 2015. As someone who loves nature for its ability to turn into awesome Instagram shots, it’s proven to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I started my communications career at Racepoint Global in Boston, where my love of tech PR blossomed. There, I learned the art of media relations, campaign development, social strategy and byline development for a variety of B2B and B2C clients. After making the move to Colorado, I joined a tech-focused boutique agency called Catapult PR-IR, where I continued to hone my skills in writing and strategy development before finding my home at INK.
For me, the best part about working in PR is that it enables me to wear multiple hats—creative thinker, strategist, writer, event planner, social media guru or whatever the project du jour may call for. There’s nothing more rewarding than telling my clients’ stories in ways that are digestible and interesting, and I love that every day has different problems that need to be tackled.
On the weekends, you can find me on the slopes, at the newest local brewery, attending a show at Red Rocks (<3) or planning my next vacation—I’m currently at 39 countries and counting.
