While some brands are rocking the Twittersphere, others struggle to keep up in 140 characters or less. It’s an ever-changing and evolving platform where awesome content and active engagement reign supreme, but knowing some tricks of the trade can kick your social success up a notch or 12.

Marketing and social media guru Rob Zaleski from MarketingProfs and INK’s own Cassie Morien join the fourth installment of INKcast to share their expert Twitter insights. From GIFs to lists to hashtag abuse, Cassie and Rob talk best practices and faux pas, and then dive into how brands can strategically integrate Twitter into their larger marketing plans. Rob also drops a lot of other brands to follow, including his boss Ann Handley and Buffer. In addition, he’s released a video of ways to improve your Twitter presence.

Hosts Joey and Kim also discuss Earth Day’s ambitious five-year campaign, and some very exciting news from INK client Enel Green Power. Tune in to find out what happens when you combine an Italian government official with a Nevada clean energy power plant!
