Their technology enables companies worldwide to acquire, engage, and retain customers using the top identity protection solutions as a value added service.  So instead of focusing on how they do that, we focused on what they know: sourcing unique data to help businesses and consumers protect themselves from identity theft. Then came the good stuff: conducting audience research, analyzing CSID’s own data from the dark web, and creating compelling, relevant content marketing campaigns in many forms to break through the monotonous noise of security tips and advice. Our program aimed to not just educate on healthy security practices, but also to deliver leads to sales, increase brand awareness, and create thought leadership for CSID.
