Today, we’re continuing our series on digital tools and sharing our recent conversation with Brendon O’Donovan and Patrick Barrett of TrendKite. We’re huge fans of this company– and have been since we started using their PR software as a beta user. At its core, TrendKite is trying to solve the same problems we are: trust, influence, and insights.

And to do this, TrendKite blows past vanity metrics of the past to help communicators demonstrate the value of (hard) earned media in digital terms (traffic, SEO, and social amplification), as well as more meaningful measurements of brand impact.

We were thrilled to sit down with this valued partner and hear how they are further evolving their software to go beyond smart measurement to provide analytics that improve the strategy – capabilities paramount to succeeding in the current era they are calling digital PR.

So what’s digital PR? Why is that blasted across TrendKite’s current website? How did they arrive at that oh-so-simple positioning? And for something that means so many things to different people?

Please give a listen to hear the answers to those questions and learn about the latest approach and tools from this great partner of PR.
