On this episode, INK’s Senior Digital Manager Traci Mazurek joins us to talk social media data. She covers why and how to use data to inform your social strategy, some common mistakes brands make in their social media campaigns, and how she met her husband through Twitter.

Traci also shares the importance of knowing exactly what you want to get out of a digital ad before running it, and recalls the very first ad campaign she ever worked on. Thanks to a few critical tweaks, the client saw an enormous return on investment. Said campaign also involved Mariah Carey, so naturally, we debate our favorite MC tunes.
